I creatively utilized the locations of Fatoush's chief competitors in order to hone in on some interesting cities and towns. They serve as proof for the commercial viability of a location. Additionally, I used resources that list commercial locations for rental. Along with an mapping demographic data to collect proof for Fatoush's business case.

Financial Model
After understanding the business model that restaurants operate under, I went ahead and built my own financial model to model the expected performance of Fatoush. This entailed talking with suppliers and conducting competitive analysis to figure out the cost and demand drivers of the industry.
