Disruptive pricing

The tracking industry isn't the fastest one in terms of innovation. However, our team realized we can disrupt the industry by pricing Senal's offering in a different way. Competitors have a high price up front or a high monthly fee, Senal would have a per use pricing.

 

Pitching the sharks​​

My last contribution to Senal was pitching the business case we made to Ann Arbor Angels and venture funds. It seemed like a scene from Shark tank where everything we presented was contended. However, it allowed us to strengthen the business case for the next funding round.
